Pooja Bansal

Pooja Bansal is the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources at Jade Global. Pooja brings over two decades of progressive HR leadership experience and will be responsible for aligning our people, culture, and capabilities with our global vision.

Before joining Jade Global, Pooja was EVP & CHRO at Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd, where she led the HR function and worked closely with C-suite leaders. She holds a graduate degree in Psychology and a postgraduate specialization in Human Resources, where she was a rank holder at Mumbai University. She has completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Program from The Wharton School of Management and the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. A qualified Independent Director accredited by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs under the Government of India, she brings scientific rigor and precision to people strategy.
