As the Chief Growth Officer, Sudipta is in charge of strategic accounts for Jade Global. He is responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with strategic accounts.

Sudipta is an IT Transformation Leader with 28+ years of successful track record in the IT services industry – including 20+ years of senior leadership experience in Tier 1 organizations such as Siemens, ATOS, Hewlett-Packard, Tata Consultancy Services, and Larsen & Toubro. He has extensive experience in creating and implementing business strategies, sales and sales management, global delivery, business development, organization development, technology strategy, service management, practice management, analyst relations and M&A. Sudipta comes with strong expertise in strategizing, winning and delivering large global engagements across diverse industry segments such as Oil & Gas, Transportation, Automotive, Aerospace, Hi-Tech, Communications, Payment Systems, Banking and Insurance. Prior to Jade Global, Sudipta managed a $200M+ global P&L and a 1000+ member delivery team located in North America, India, Poland, Argentina, and Brazil. Sudipta earned his bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, India.
